1. About Us

The Old Brewery is operated by Breaking Brands Management, 6-7 Brewery Quarter, Cardiff, CF10 1FG. These terms apply to all bookings, purchases and use of our website and venue.

2. Bookings

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by email.

2.2 Table bookings do not require a deposit. Private hire and large group bookings (10+ guests) require a deposit of 25% of the estimated total to secure the date.

2.3 Sports simulator sessions are booked in 45-minute slots at the rates published on our website at the time of booking.

2.4 Tables are held for 15 minutes past your booking time. After this, the table may be released.

2.5 Private hire bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, with balance due 7 days before the event.

3. Cancellations & Changes

3.1 Bookings can be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before your booking time without charge.

3.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the booking value, or forfeit of any deposit paid.

3.3 No-shows will forfeit any deposit paid and may be charged the full booking value.

3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g. venue closure, staff shortage), in which case we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment is taken via our booking platform at the time of booking, or on arrival for walk-ins.

4.2 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.3 We reserve the right to amend prices at any time; the price at the time of booking confirmation applies.

 

5. Age restrictions

5.1 The Old Brewery operates a Challenge 25 policy. Valid photo ID is required for the purchase of alcohol.

5.2 Under-18s are welcome on-site when accompanied by an adult, until 8pm. After 8pm, the venue operates an over-18s policy.

6. Conduct

6.1 We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave for behaviour that is abusive, dangerous, or disruptive to other guests or staff.

6.2 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, equipment (including sports simulator bays) or property during their visit, and may be charged for repair or replacement.

7. Gift vouchers

7.1 Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

7.2 Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Liability

8.1 We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property while on our premises, except where caused by our negligence.

8.2 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9. Allergies & dietary requirements

9.1 Guests with food allergies or intolerances must inform a member of staff before ordering. Full allergen information is available on request.​

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales
