S.A. Brain & Co. established at the Old Brewery site on St. Mary Street, Cardiff.

BUILT IN 1882.
REOPENED FOR
THE NEXT CENTURY

1897

The brewery expands — becoming one of the largest producers in South Wales.

1999

Principality Stadium opens. Welsh rugby enters a new era. Cardiff changes forever.

CARDIFF'S BREWING LEGACY

S.A. Brain & Co. began brewing on this site over 140 years ago. The Victorian brickwork, the original signwriting, the industrial bones of the building, all preserved. All part of the experience.

Old Brewery reopens — heritage venue,  destination experience.
